No doubt these are overpriced.

Unfortunately, the quality and engineering of some 3rd party products are simply not there. I don't mind spending money on something that is good but sadly not all of them are up there with the best. If there is no Transformers (first or third parties) figure that is in decent quality I'd rather spend it on something else like some of the Bandai's Soul of Chogokin or Fewture's EX Gokin series etc.

I never say Hasbro charges cheap, I am just saying 3rd party is over charging compare to licensed Has/Tak product. I kind of disagree with u there.
I think it is TRU Canada that charges these Exclusive figures at that rate isn't it? I wouldn't blame Hasbro for that. Just based on how much cheaper it is in the States at TRU and BBTS.

Re: Does 3rd Party MP bothers you?
it doesnt bother me in the least. for the most part they are producing well made renditions of characters that hastak seems to be apathetic towards,at least as far as collectors are concerned. my loyalty is towards the characters i love not hasbro or takara. im not saying hastak doesnt have amazing figures still, but i am saying most of them currently are far inferior to third party products. ill gladly pay alot for exactly what i want instead of a little for a piece of crap that is named the same as my favourates.

Re: Does 3rd Party MP bothers you?
Those who are against 3rd party, have you played with Bovis or Hex or Quakewave? Just curious. When I hear claims of 3rd party being overpriced and not well made, and then I handle these toys, it just doesn't add up for me. They are great toys and I don't regret the purchases.

Maybe you are a little confused or I am not making it clear. I don't against, nor support. Doesn't look like others are against them either, some are just like me also don't support them... using the word "against" is a bit exaggerating...
I was just reading a few upcoming released of sixgun, the ones that claim to be extra red gun for Metroplex. I am glad the third party has competition amongst themselves(they are trying to destroy each others). That doesn't look like it will effect Hasbro much. I guess that is what happen when these third party overdoing it
