But I've never had an issue getting a hold of them. But I don't also try during the holidays. I can't comment about email as I call or visit them.
Maybe they have a phone issues they're not aware of.

I still remember you from the Cybertron.com sub-forum for Canada.
Currently, I am slowly selling off my TF collection. I am truly amazed at the large number of non-TF collectors who buys TFs from me. These people are usually parents who are buying for their kids.

to follow up comments in the Sightings thread please keep in mind that most stores do inventory in January and will bring in very little new stock at beginning of the calendar year, that's been my experience anyway...

Did Generations Selects Road Rage ever show up in Canada? I know Target stores got them in the USA but I don't recall seeing any local sightings.

Nope, no show. I was hoping to get this version of the mold instead of Tracks. I still like his classics version. I've been waiting for GameStop to get it but nothing.
