I managed to pick up a Blurr with Hyperfire. With the figure in-hand, I can honestly say there will be an Arcee retool. I know it's already been retooled into Brainstorm (I don't know why), but there's enough of the base figure that just kibble would need to be changed.
Swap hands and rotate the torso around, remove the canopy, change the vehicle nose and hand covers to something Arcee-ish and there you go. Just needs a new Titan Master.
I might consider grabbing another and trying a kitbash at this price.
