If it's completely silver and no gold I would assume it's Diaclone. Take a look at this Grimlock, all the gold pieces are silver and even the sword is silver.

Just got this bad boy shipped to my door for $55. No rot on the hose, all joints are good, nothing broken and haven't tested the electronics yet. The clip on the battery door however, is cracked. Bummer but still a great deal. His legs are even stiff, he can stand on his own at full height even if you're pushing down on him a little. I'm hoping it's not a knockoff but looks legitimate. He's from the same collector I got the combiners from.
