It's as I've said all along, when I was a kid I would have gotten bored and/or frustrated with the idea of having to take the bloody thing apart to "transform" it, ans likely would have just left it in vehicle mode as a vehicle for the Kreons.

I agree that focusing on the Kreon's is the way to go. File the Kre-O Transformers under the "good idea, nice try" catagory and move forward with sets that focus more on interactivity with the Kreons, like the afore mentioned playsets that you and I suggested.

Maybe even do an official Omega Supreme set that can be both a base and a figure. But maybe find a way to simplify the "transformation" so you don't have to reduce it to a million pieces to go from rocket base to robot.

I Love what everyone is doing and showing, keep it up and going. Great work everyone and Chans, nice work on the Combiners and Omega. I'm waiting to get the 6th member of the Constructicons before opening the set and hopefully finding a way to get them all together. Here is some of my work below of Predaking and on the Combaticons. I felt the need to make Onslaught a trailer from a combination of pieces from the TF Kreo Cycle Chase set plus Battleship Kreo Scuba set and I'm hoping to add it all to Bruticus. I also got to rebuild my dragster Vehicon and make a boat one too.

It is unfortunate that Kreo got off to such a rough start. I am enjoying what it is now and hopefully the powers that be see that from all of us and keep the mini figs going though it is too bad in Canada anyway about the price spike as it was nice getting a couple of figs at a time for about $7 instead of almost $9 ($8.88 to be exact) the price felt just right beforehand. I have tons of fun with it though and it's captured my son's imagination.

Still working on Bruticus so this is Work in Progress. I may switch the beige plate to the back to hide the extra back stuff and thin down the front of his torso and rotate the blue leg pieces down but I'm happy for now that I got all the pieces I added and used on him even the 10 wheels for Onslaught, creative placing there . I'll have to continue that work after the holidays. Hope everyone enjoys, bon voyage!

Nice Kreon collection Shockwave 75! Just when I was thinking about this thread again I've got to get off my behind and open the bunch of mine sitting on my shelf plus the rest of the TF's that have piled up lately. This summer has been too crazy busy and not done yet, wedding this weekend, Burlington toy show next weekend and wedding party thingy the weekend after that. Not enough time to enjoy my hauls and work on my Kreo, I've been catching up this week though on TF's. I'm going to finish working on my Kreo Bruticus on Tuesday, pics to come. Right now having a bit of a Shockwave fest with a half dozen of them in front of me.

I've had the idea of trying to make a Nemesis Prime out of the basic Kreo Jazz and Prime, it won't be black but I'm sure we've had enough black primes.

Plus has anyone else bought any Battleship Kreo on clearance? Does anybody think the head of the aliens would make a good kreon Omega Supreme? I think so if the head was used upside down and the face repainted. Anyone have those kind of skills, because I don't.

P.S: Get Piranacon too.
