Third Party toys.

How many of you counts third party toys as being part of your collection?

I certainly do. Why wouldnt I? they are toys after all.

i'm starting to like third party stuff more than the generations stuff, etc.

I count them in my collection count.

I don't own any of the Fansproject/iGear/etc. toys (way overpriced,) but I'm happy to put transforming robots from companies other than Hasbro and Takara into my collection, provided they're well-made.

I find third party pieces add to the colection,.. even though sometimes quality suffers,... some what like KO versions (hopefuly getting better as time passes and mistakes are relised),... however that said third party sometimes takes the direction that Hasbro and Takara/Tomy refuse to take to help out the collectors/fans.... such pieces as Animated Omega Supream, add ons,weapons packs or the recent movie version's of Arcee (something long overdue and requested since the 86 movie by collectors/TF fans to which big H and T/T missed the boat) not to mention the many customs .....so I am starting to consider this pieces as part of the collection,... they fill the holes for charaters Hasbro and Takra/Tomy will never product making them even more of a gem for the collection

i do, they are priced high, but small production runs and heavy engineering come into play for fp figures, i gear should be a lot cheaper than what they are since they don't engineer anything

I'm assuming you mean the stuff by Fansproject and the like?

I count them in my TOY collection, but not necessarily in my TRANSFORMERS collection.

only if they are figures them selfs and not just extra add-ons(bruticus add-on doesnt count)
