I've been holding out for the Leader case assortment since Snarl's in the same wave as ROTB Scourge. But hearing that he sold out on amazon makes me a little nervous.

Yeah... Snarl preorders are sold out on pulse and GameStop as well

The one thing I will add is that Snarl is getting repacked for the wave that should* be out for the 2023 holiday season with leader class Optimus Primal. So, even if initial orders will be sold out, he will be in a later case that at least some retailers should* get. It could be like what we got with SS Kup and Blurr. Their initial wave was barely released in Canada (if at all), it was when we got them in a repack wave that they became common (and never left).

*things have not been going according to plan, release schedule wise.

It shouldn't be this way but at this point if I even remotely want to figure I pre-order it. And really with GameStop Amazon and ages 3 and up there's no payment until stuff comes in so I have time if I want to change my mind.
