If the TFCC does some more Classics, I'll bet they won't be characters as major as the Seekers were.

In both lines: Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Jetfire, Metroplex ans update versions of the headmasters and targetmasters... with better little Nebulans!!!

I'm hoping for a transformable version of the headmaster unit. I think it would be cool. chances are though that it wouldn't fit on the other figs, but maybe it could have some of the features on the show? flip out jets and the like?

All the Decepticon cassettes
Trypticon, maybe as a purple and green repaint of Transmetal 2 Megatron/Cryotek. I like the idea of Trypticon as a dragon.

My favorite character for awhile has been powermaster Getaway, thrilled to see the hotshot repaint coming but would love to see him in an animated style
also, it would be great to see sludge in the animated style,
why haven't we seen a brontosaurus style character since the original G1 Sludge?, I know that brontosaurus doesn't officially exist but it would be a simple change to make him into a brachiosaurus

Man I didn't mention it before, but if somehow Godmaster Road King (aka Powermaster Slapdash) got Classic/Universe treatment I would blow my load.
