2010 SickKids First Aid and weapons WIP

Well I finished First Aid the "Defender Axe" and the "Defender Blaster". Just finishing up the mods to the hand and everything is ready for paint

ON TO THE PICS!

First Aid

Defender Axe

Defender Blaster

The Defender Axe is 11.5 inches tall The Defender Blaster is finished but looking at it, it looks like its missing something anyone got any ideas?

Cool! I'm not really seeing much "blaster" part. There's several things you could do:

-stick a blasters on each side for a double blaster
-Add a cylinder to the end to make it look longer like a gun, rather than a stocky 'foot' thing.

Put some rivets or other detailing on the outsides of the blaster, not a lot, but just enough to define it more.

loving the axe man and First Aid is just as cool

as for the blaster, it DOES seem like it's missing something. I suggest the following;
- attach some wires/hoses/ammo belts to the sides
- add (a) barrel(s) to the end
- possible LED action?
- ammo/energon clip underneath
- scope?
- an Autobot symbol on each side

hopefully these help man ^^

I concur with the above in regards to the axe and blaster dude... At the very least I think that the gun needs a longer barrel, and possible a vent on each side or something. Or a fake revolver style casing...

Looking great! The new chest for First Aid is very cool so far. I agree with the suggestions listed above, for the gun.

The blaster pack that will come with Streetwise has removable weapon barrels with magnets countersunk into them. I used a small screw then puttied over the screwhead to attach them to the box. The same thing could be done for this.

Looks great btw.
