I live in Ottawa, I'd prefer to not have to pay for shipping on him, local would be more preferable unless you'd be willing to trade for him.

Toynado.ca has him up for pre-order. I have dealt with with them before and they came thru with 6 inch Reaction Unicron and I also pre-ordered Tarn with them as I missed out on him too. It is still an option anyway.
