They kept both my ticket and scratched card. Said they have to send them to Toronto.

At least I kept a photo of the ticket so I can claim a work expense for Entertainment.

Customer service told me only kids stubs ar valid.

I guess the TRU employees aren't too clear on it.
When I went, some had only heard about it, and the manager missed out on details.
But I was the 1st scratcher, so I hope they get it clarified for rest.

my local store manager was on the ball. He told me that he got 150 scratch cards total for tickets to redeem and I was person number 2 so he still had 148 left

So I went to TRU on Centennial this morning and had no problems with the scratch card. I also got exactly what I was hoping for
