A quick update here regarding
Maketoys Green Giant Set arrival:
The set,
hopefully, will be in stock next week. Originally, Maketoys has informed us that the set was (supposedly) ready to be released and shipped around
July 22 ; hence, we invoiced the item around this date, based on this info. Obviously, Maketoys had some delay in the release due to QC problems. They notified us again last week that our order was ready to ship last weekend (
August 4): again, they cross-checked us and another delay occured. They're simply not ready for release but keep telling us they are, so...
Though we will be officially ''closed'' for a 2-weeks vacation (from August 10 to August 24),
I have taken special dispositions so that the sets may be processed and shipped to our customers who have paid their order, if the sets are to show up, at last, during that 2-week timeframe.
Please keep in mind that
normally, we do not invoice preordered items
that early before the release. The invoicing process normally occurs 7-10 days prior the item's arrival at our warehouse. Though we have absolutely no control on how those ''toy makers'' are managing their releases, our deepest apologies for this delay.
I will spread this information via Cybertron.ca and our Facebook page to make sure everyone knows about the current status of Green Giant. :-)
