Mail calculation?
Is there a GOOD web site I can use to find how much it's cost to ship a package from here to there? (there normally being the Stats, and here being Canada)
EDIT:
Is there a better place than Canadapost.ca? I don't think the site is given me correct measurements.

Re: Mail calculation?
Yep, Canadapost.ca find a rate. you'll need package measurements and weight and a postal code or zip code.

I must not understand how to figure this out.

i'm trying to send something from canada (N5Y 5R6) to Ohio (45242) and the price is coming out to something like 70 bucks. Is that right? Or am i doing this wrong?

Re: Mail calculation?
if the total measurement is greater than 90cm (length+width+hight) or greater than 1KG, then it is $70.
but within those measurements, it should be around $35.

Re: Mail calculation?
I went to Canada post last week and gave the lady behind the counter my package measurements (length+width+hight) and asked "how much?".......and now they have a restraining order against me.

Re: Mail calculation?
no better in the states its reported to be doubling its rates vary soon for any package heading this way dont these post office heads see the future,... IE lets send an e mail as postage rates are stupid poor delivery (and they wonder why letters are down and layoffs comming) now it really will be cheaper to send it courier and for the most part more reliable, safe, trackable etc.. watch the post office dry up and turn to dust
