In appreciation of the Melbourne House PS2 game

I just put this game back into my PS2 and I'm still impressed by how well put-together it is, not just among Transformers games (although given the franchise's video game track record up to that point the fact that it was even passable was impressive) but among third-person shooters in general. The controls are good, the environments are nice and open, the characters feel appropriately weighty and the all-important transformation mechanic is integrated extremely well with the gameplay.

Even what could have been its greatest drawback - its association with the lacklustre Armada series - became an advantage due to the use of the Mini-Con gimick as a nicely flexible power-up system.

So, has anyone else played this game, either back when it came out or more recently?

Re: In appreciation of the Melbourne House PS2 game

It's the only reason I own a ps2. It never really bothered me it was based in the armada series. It was just nice to get a not only decent, but enjoyable transformers game. The minicon gimmick worked really well for that era of games. I still bring it out to play at least once a year. Come to think of it, it been about a year...

It's a great game.

Some of the level designs were top notch. Like the Tidalwave level is layers of awesome. You can even find his dormant FACE in his alt mode body as you traverse it.

Top notch stuff and you know me, I did a 101 on TFs and Video Games.

A third-party company needs to start making figures of stuff from this game, like the Decepticlones and that glider you get in the sea level (attachable to Super-Con Optimus Prime via his Mini-Con port.)

Still a great game but I'm still hooked on the Japanese G1 Game. Sure it has it's draw backs, but it also has Prime doing crazy spinnging kicks and a ton of G1 characters.

I've always read good things about this game, I've never been able to find a copy for a reasonable price.

This is one of the games I regret trading in way back when. I've been wanting to play it again, but am having some trouble tracking down another copy.

Question Re: In appreciation of the Melbourne House PS2 game

Although there are not so many embellishments, celine handbags still have the strong personality. Here is the Celine bags Classic Black Leather hdjrfujrtj3637. Compare with the fashion coach factory outlet bag, shows us a feeling of generous. There’s a drawstring and clip-front closure with turn lock at Coach Outlet Store Online.
