I got a call from the Store Manager here in Windsor this afternoon. I explained the situation and that there were more than just 1 situation with this problem. He said bring in the flyer and we'll honor the sale price.
I told him about the rudeness of his employees and he aplogized and they should have been more professional and just honored the ad.

DUDE!! That's great, but don't let him shun his duty by just honoring the sale price. You should get the 1st 1 FREE, as per the UPC policy.
Any others after should be $10 honored.

That's great to hear!
my walmart is not as good it seems. They had until the 16th to respond to the BBB complaint, and as of today (17th), have not done so. 
Still though, that's great to hear
