Takara Tomy Hobby Expo ? Transformers Masterpiece MPG Raiden Prototype First Look
Courtesy of our very own mod Gamerlingual we have a coverage from the*Takara Tomy Hobby Expo which is being held in Tokyo, Japan. While we weren’t waiting big reveals, to our surprise the big*Transformers Masterpiece MPG Raiden Prototype was on display. We finally have a look at the combination of all the new Masterpiece Trainbots. See all the images after the break and then share your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

About $200 CAD per limb, 6 limbs, so $1200 CAD before tax and shipping. Funny thing is, this scales a lot better with CHUG than MP (too small for MP, especially the individual bots).

I don't own any Masterpiece items at all. I did see one of these Trainbots at TFCon and it looked super cool. I'd be afraid to transform them at that price point.
Hoping for a CHUG version.

Yeah, I'd never purchase these as they're too small for that price. The 3rd Party version from Moon Studios is half the price and fits in better with MP. I'd like to see a CHUG version for the Trainbots as well.
