Spanish BOTCON?

Ok, so I bought a BOTCON '10 Cindersaur + Rapido set on eBay. The set arrived and I opened it. Try to read the bio on Rapido Tech Spec... WTH??!! It is in Spanish Interestingly enough the Cindersaur Tech Spec is in English, though. Fascinating!

I know there is a large group of Spanish-speakers down South so I would expected that both Tech Spec's in the set are in English or both are in Spanish, but not like this...

The joke is that he's a Transformer from Madrid.
