Hello fellow cybertronians! This is my first time posting in this thread so if it's in the wrong spot...sorry

. anyways!

I current just got a hold of Hegemon(thanks to primecon =) awesome dude!) and now need to put some good old decepticon labels on him. Like the title says, to reprolabel or not to reprolabel.
They just released a g1 styled set and was wondering how everyone else feels about it?

I'm torn on the question (and I don't even have a Hegemon).

Yes, the stickers give him G1 toy accuracy....but not really cartoon accuracy. If you want cartoon accurate, you should probably just put a reprolabel Decepticon logo on him and call it a day.

If you want him to look like the G1 toy, then go out and get the full reprolabels set.

Personally, I'm leaning towards not reprolabelling, just because I think Hegemon looks a bit better without the full g1 sticker set. That said, I can imagine myself getting the reproabel set and maybe just leaving off the chest swirly or something like that, but still doing the arms and legs. If I ever decide to get him.

That actually doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. i do like the g1-esq robo-digi patterns minus the swirls. Then again...just planting a decepticon symbol would save some money too...choices

As nice as the set is I'd probably just give him a deception logo, that's what I did with the FansProject Insecticons.

I don't like it. I was hoping for more cartoon style stickers than toy style. I just put a clear back Decepticon insignia on his chest and just left it at that.

I'd have to agree. Looking at the set, I would put on a Decepticon symbol and call it a day.

No Repro for me!
I usually buy the sets for my Bots but not for this one... I find it looks weird so I just applied a Decepticon logo on his chest & Voila!

I'm in agreement with just slapping the Decepticon logo on the chest and calling it a day.

Maybe in the future reprolabels will release a more cartoon accurate sticker sheet for him.
