Time to setup a heist in Denver, doesnt take much to distract the police there. Setup a bunch of Tuner mudflaps around town and while the police investigate them we will take down a few banks, and some TRU's as well :P

Use that money from said banks at the TRU - that way you aren;t in possession of stolen money and they can't prove you used stolen money for the toys. win win
