It's always a gamble but I managed to get a Dinobot at $19 on this sale and actually received it.

It was an even weirder situation. There was only 1 in stock and it was showing for 1 device, but not on another one.

Walmart.ca already clearance'ng Pipes & Slammer, I don't think these even made it to the retail shelves yet?!?

I decided to just order them from a local online retailer, just to be sure

Looks like they are clearing out Kingdom to make room for Legacy. Even latest wave of Kingdom on the block.

I never saw either in Walmart, just Gamestop. (and where I got mine)..

Ordered extra Pipes, but missed Slammer, it's not even showing under "Sold by Walmart" now.


EDIT: And Pipes is back to normal pricing!

Holy crap, that was a small window... and I had almost hesitated.

Seems more like Pipes is back to 3rd party seller pricing...?

I'm sort of wondering if these tertiary retailers are buying them up when they go on clearance...
Buy 100 of them at $14... sell at $34... make $2000?

Totally works if a store can do with holding such stock for extended periods of time if they don't have concerns about operating in the red.

It's totally plausible. If you use some stock tracker website, you'll see that some 3rd party sellers have 100's of some toys.
