I'll probably let you in on a secret, but all stores have a website or prompt delivery service. Most have a staff of people who work in customer service. Now the competition is really growing. The E-commerce industry is growing every day. Look at what it costs to buy an online store and you'll be surprised how much it costs more than any in-house office, even if it's a mega-corporation. No pain, no gain but you get a greater response over time in working with such clients who accept your services rendered overseas. The broader the audience, the greater its reach, and it allows you to enter the global sales market.

They guy you're replying to only has one post on their account. They're almost certainly a spambot scanning threads for certain keywords ("E-Commerce" in this case) and posting canned messages.

That second account is almost certainly also a bot of some kind with only one other spammy post.
