I'm debating on cancelling my pre-order, but has anyone actually received their pre-order from this guy? Even months after they were supposed to?

Does anyone have any recommendations for places that do deliver timely Pre-orders?

Ages3andUp near Vancouver is pretty good from my experience.
Although I am currently waiting for some preorders, I think it's due to my orders being part of their 2nd shipment so I missed out on their earlier stock. They've always come through on all previous orders though, so I'm not worried.

A3U is great. Even if you change your mind, as long as the item is still a preorder, they allow you to cancel with no penalty (actually they don't charge to up front either, so there's a plus already).

Asshats, on the other hand, will let you cancel, but charge you a restocking fee no matter if they have item or not (they charge you up front for preorders). If you use Paypal to preorder, Asshats won't refund you if the order is 6 months or older. The excuse is "Paypal won't let me refund you, bring it up with them". If you have my funds in your bank account and haven't shipped my order, then you can issue a refund at any time. They're actually stealing from customers and playing it off as "there's nothing I can do, you should have asked for a refund earlier".

This still might be an unpopular opinion for some but CMDstore.ca gets stuff really early and generally for retail (do not buy from them on walmart.ca or amazon.ca because its marked up). They are quick to respond to issues and I think they actually have a brick and mortar location which to me gives them a little more credibility.

That's the part I don't understand. If your customer is having an issue, try to help them solve it. Instead, he eggs people on and threatens them with fake policies and 10 page emails about why he is always right. Maybe if we've been having negative experiences with NMC, we should start putting those reviews up on Google or Yelp. Who cares if he responds, not like we're lying.

CMDStore is great! Bought a bunch of stuff from them last summer.
