Has nothing to do with EB. The deluxe price is going up for kingdom at all retailers.
It's absurd but it's not EB.

Hey guys do you know how to change shipping address on a pre-order after the fact? It doesn't look like the account page has that capability, is it a matter of calling them? I want to pre-order SS86 but I'm moving in a couple months. Thx for any tips.

You can try calling but I never made it past the holding line. Better bet would be to email.
Though maybe you can go into the store and see if they can change it at their level or not.

The tracking on mine hasn't budged from "Shipping Label Created" on Friday.
