Re: Post your hauls
Kick-ass uber haul for me today.
This is what was in the box. I dare someone to pull a single-day haul of more Obsessive-fan-collection video games than this.
There are actually 39 games in the pile, spanning Famicom to Super Famicom to Xbox 360 to even Wonderswan games in there.
Sadly, it's not all mine. All the Final Fantasy games are my brother's.
My haul is the remaining stuff, all from Yahoo Auctions Japan.
- manga magazine: Dragon Age Oct'10 issue
- manga magazine figure: Highschool of the Dead Miyamoto Rei figure (Dragon Age Nov'10)
- JP PS1 game: Tokimeki Memorial ~Forever with You~
- JP GBA game: Rockman Zero
- JP GBA game: Rockman Zero 4
- JP NDS game: Rockman ZX Advent
- JP NDS game: Rockman Zero Collection
- JP PSP game: Super Robot Taisen A Portable
- JP PSP game: Super Robot Taisen MX Portable
- JP PS2 game: Super Robot Taisen Impact
- JP PS2 game: Super Robot Taisen MX
- JP PS2 game: Dai-2-ji Super Robot Taisen
- JP PS2 game: Dai-3-ji Super Robot Taisen
- JP X360 game: Super Robot Taisen XO
- JP Wii game: Super Robot Taisen Neo [ MISP]
- TF Galaxy Force: EZ Collection Galaxy Convoy [ MOSC]
- TF Galaxy Force: EZ Collection Master Megatron [ MOSC]
- TF Galaxy Force: EZ Collection Stascream [ MOSC]
Hell yeah!

Whoa, someone had money to burn!
At least you don't have to worry about buying another game for a long, long while.
Speaking of games...
Monster Hunter Freedom 2, bought it for 11.98
Also, Chinese new year is in full swing so I'm getting a ton of red pocket money.

Lucky. I don't get a ton of red pocket money anymore.
Back on topic, in all fairness, not all the games were mine.
Aside from the games listed in my haul, in the pile is:
Famicom: FF1+2
Super Famicom: FF4, FF5, FF6
GBA: FF1+2, FF4, FF5, FF6
NDS: FF4, FF12 Revenant Wings
PS1: FF1, FF2, FF4, FF6, FF7, FF8, FF9, FFTactics
PS2: FF11+4expansions
PSP: FF1
X360: FF11
Wonderswan: FF4
That's 26 Final Fantasy games that my brother got.
On a somewhat unrelated note: I realized I have a lot more fun posting hauls here in the "General Hauls" thread than the TF one in the other forum section. In this one, you never know what anyone else might pick up to pad up their non-TF collection, and there seems to be at least some discussion. The TF hauls thread is rather boring now, though that might be attributed to a slow time after the holidays. But few people post pics of their hauls there nowadays, and that might be because everyone's pretty much buying the same figures.

Re: Post your hauls
GLC Kyle Rayner finally arrived in the mail today! I also won a Vintage General Grievous and Jurassic Park Redemption #4 off eBay last night and for below retail thanks to the strength of the CDN dollar!

I pulled a haul of games like that back in the SNES and N64 days. Though I'm sure it doesn't count at this point in time lol...but back then the carts were pricey. Like I remember X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse (SNES) was $89.99 at Zellers...like wtf!! Anyways, what a beautiful haul you have there dude!

I received it as a gift from my best friend and another really close girl friend, but if I remember correctly, the sticker on the front says that it's a FutureShop exclusive.

Thanks!
But if you had a haul similar to mine back in the SNES/N64 days, I tip my hat to you my friend. That would've been completely EPIC of a haul.
Fortunately (for my wallet), I don't really plan to pull another haul like that in the near future; it just so happened that my OCD to complete my Super Robot Taisen collection and my brother's OCD to complete his Final Fantasy collection happened at the same time, so we made a crapload of purchases on Yahoo Auctions Japan during the same period.
