Joshimus, I did the same thing, pre-ordered using the $15 off + free shipping. Better to be safe than sorry.

And as far as your wish goes for the phrase, it's definitely one of them.

I watched Optibotimus' unboxing review on YouTube...can't wait to get my hands on it in Sept!

I compare it to these. My TRU still has several of these on the shelves, maybe even more in the overflow up top (if I bothered to look). I think there'll be a lot of these around, it has a lot more of the "kid playability" factor going for it than a Masterpiece, and TRU will want to push them leading up to Christmas. It'll go on sale, then clearance yet in the new year.

Yeah I started a thread about this. I got the run around a bit, but eventually they broke and gave it to me. The coupon code won't work online for me and some friends that tried.

Yeah that's when the customer service woman knew her bullshit made up excuse of "it doesn't work on pre-order items" wouldn't fly and she actually had to look into why it's not working... HOW DARE I MAKE THEM ACTUALLY TRY TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS!!!
The checkout cart says that the order doesn't qualify for the 25% off when you try to checkout, so you know the coupon is recognized by the online site... just isn't working properly
