Shipping Costs from Japan Web Sites

This is the first thread that I have posted and I apologize for any lack of forum etiquette.

I was wondering what you guys were estimated to pay for shipping on the pre-orders made at Ami Ami or at Anime-Export on the MP Shockwave and MP Hot Rod? I made a purchase at nippion-yassion for 1 MP Shockwave and 1 MP Hot Rod and the shipping cost was 6500 yen for (Eco - SAL Registered - SMALL PACKETS Shipping) and I thought that was high, so I wanted to ask others that bought or are going to buy these with preorders what they were charged?

This has been a topic of discussion recently. It seems that AmiAmi is least expensive, HLJ and Anime Export a little more and N-Y a bit more still. N-Y's higher rate being the subject of discussion. Might be in the Masterpiece Appreciation & Speculation thread, i cannot be sure.
