Re: Transformers Generations Kup

Turbo revin' old coot...Kup's looking pretty spry for an old guy.

I'll need him on my C.H.U.G. shelf to shake a fist at Rodimus and suck up to my other Rodimus who will be wearing his Protector armour soon enough.

Lovin' Jazz and his speakers too (cue generic "Rock Music" track that they always played whenever Jazz broke out his tunes...now, air guitar likie you're 10 years old again!!!).

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

Kup looks great! Seems like his alt mode looks like it could be based off the Holdon Ute, a Camino-esque vehicle built for the Australian market and powered by a 5.7L Corvette V8.

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

So I'm a lil confused! Are these pics the actual Japanese versions of them or the hasbro ones? Only because I can't tell the difference. I see no chrome parts. Lolz!

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

I love the new Generations/united figures. That Kup looks awesome...I'm thinking that the tires are mistransformed like usual. This next year is goona hurt the wallet...1 for deisplay and 1 MOC for each figure is going to be tough, lol.

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

Looking great I hope the wheels on kup in this picture can be fold a little bit more at the back. Everything is a must for me.

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

Going off the art we saw for that 2pack comic, I think Kup's wheels are supposed to be at the shoulders like in the pic. Maybe they go higher, but they're pretty much where they should be in robot mode.

Though the more I look at TakaraTomy's Lugnut, the more I'm disappointed. Not a fan of the purple face or the black/purple deco. I think Hasbro's colors win out on this one.

(Now, if they'd painted the toy mostly purple, with teal face/highlights, it would be a different story)

All the pics except Straxus and Lugnut are Hasbro. Hence the basic colour schemes.

I want them all, except Lugnut.

Re: Transformers Generations Kup

Darn, is that United Tracks? He looks exactly like the Generations one. I was hoping Takara would have given him the G1 flame design.
