Dude says they only got the one in, so they can’t do an exchange - i asked if they could get another copy in from a different store, he said due to the exclusive nature of the item (and prob the size too) stores only get in as many as were ordered - he couldn’t guarantee that they’d be able to find another
Suggested I contact Hasbro to see about replacement parts, which I did - but I asked him to see if they can wrangle another BZ in the meantime

I really wanted to mess around with this guy tonight, but now I’m in the “am I returning this whole thing, or just getting new horn(s) in the mail” so leaving him alone until I know which way it’s goin
