Repaints & Minor Mods Cyberverse Smokescreen Repaint

I've already repainted my Beast Hunters deluxe class Smokescreen. But I also had a Cyberverse Smokescreen. I didn't like the grey plastic, and I was planning to give him to my best friend when I visit her anyhow.

So I decided to repaint him. I present to you, screen accurate (as much as possible with this tiny size), Smokescreen.

Quick n dirty paint job, but makes the figure look better.

I think some panel lining with a Gundam marker (or an ink wash) might clean up some of the edges and bring out details at the same time. The white just seems so overwhelming, but that might be the lighting.

I really like the different shades of blue used with each other.

what kind of paints are you using? i'd recommend trying games workshop and thinning them just slightly for small figures like this, and when you are doing detail this small, you want to do the edges in one smooth stroke, wipe off excess if you mess up, and clean your brush often, hope this helps, i've painted miniatures for years
