Question: Replacing Pins

And no... this is not about replacing a pin that you have pulled from a toy. The pin is completely missing. Can I whip up something to restore functionality to this arm? At the moment the arm is glued together so there is zero mobility. I was gonna use the toy for fodder in a custom, but if I can salvage the entire thing, that's good.

Re: Question: Replacing Pins

if you bought it recently (90 days) return/exchange it for a new one is the best advice I can give.

Re: Question: Replacing Pins

Nope, it's from Merewyn as a custom toy fodder. I was just going to rip that forearm off and replace it with a good one. Plus I'm sorta collecting BH Wheeljacks for a customizing project.

A few WIP photos.

Re: Question: Replacing Pins

from the looks of it,the original hole was stretched/elongated.
is the post that the pin used to secure into still under there and pretty intact?if yes, simply get a tiny machine screw that has a flanged head, making sure the diameter of the flange is either equal to or slightly smaller than the circular recessed detail/area around the pin hole.
hope that helps
