With MP-33 Inferno preorder going up, I'm on the fence if I should get it. I honestly don't even remember one scene from G1 he was in.

Was Inferno a major character in G1 season 1 or 2? Did he even speak or have an interesting story line? He kind of reminds me of Skyfire, in that he is infrequently seen but is part of the team. Although Skyfire was only in a few episodes, they were good ones that I didn't forget. Inferno just draws a blank for me...

Order it, seriously. This is probably one of those excellent MPs, so far looks way better than any 3rd party offering (and there are 3 of them making non-Inferno now)

IMO Inferno was a sideline guy. Few episodes nothing major. Biggest role I recall was from Auto Beserk. I remember him in Masquerade and I think he was in Kremzeek when the Autobots went to Japan. I will get him only because I already have Red Alert and he needs his partner. Hope that helps

Inferno is a definite pre-order for me though. his toys always were better than his in-show performances.

Inferno did not appear until season 2 he started out strong but with many S2 characters got phased out when they needed other bots

Ya, he was in quite a few episodes in early S2, then made appearances here and there throughout the rest of the season. He was in the episode where they get sent to that alien world where they're toy sized compared to the resident species. He was in the big game hunter episode where the hunter is after Optimus Prime and traps a bunch of Autobots as hostages. (That's where the hose accessory comes from, it attacks Inferno and captures him). He was in quite a few other episodes as well. I just watched season 2 again a couple months ago while I was off work for a while.
