Ya, tru is a great customer of hasbro. TRU needs excuses for people to get into their stores. TRU gets hasbro to make exclusive product for them. And TRU does this for multiple collector oriented toys. They want you to be a Toys R Us kid for life.

I actually quite like it in the gun mode. Thought about picking that base up, but it's a bit pricey.

Love the gun mode too but the base is steep.
I'll just keep Shocky in 'bot mode. Besides, having a toy gun on my desk is somewhat frowned upon in my office.
