That doesn't necessarily mean Hasbro Canada is supplying them. Amazon frequently ships TFs to Canada from their US warehouses.
But I'm not putting a lot of trust in Amazon Canada either. I'm still wary after they cancelled the Conehead 2-pack, their own exclusive. (Luckily, Dirge is coming to Canada, and Ramjet will likely follow)

Micro Machines Optimus Prime playset is only 15 bucks on Amazon.ca. Likely a pricing error, it sells for 20 USD in the US.

Weren?t the coneheads on the boat freight that sank to the bottom of the ocean?
If yes, that?s kinda Force Majeure, not a regular Amazon policy.

They've 'cancelled' a number of exclusives on people by claiming they were damaged in transit and cancelling their orders. Which might be normal and just a fact of shipping, if it weren't so frequent. They're just finding excuses to cancel orders they can't fulfill. This happens with regular releases sometimes too. Amazon is just not reliable for preorders.

Amazon Canada's warehouse was closed due to covid (whole warehouse was mandated to be closed) the day the coneheads was delivered and was refused by the Amazon Warehouse (didnt know when they would re-open). It returned to Hasbro Canada warehouse and sat for a few months. It was then distributed to online retailers like Toysnowman which is where most of us got it.
That's the story both amazon and hasbro told. Some containers did go over board NW of Hawaii but dont think that was the cause of this.
