My Slag was also in a mailing pouch. Fortunately it survived the trip just fine. Normally they've sent stuff in boxes, though.

My Slag shipped this morning, about 24 hrs after the order. It's projected to be here by next Thursday.

If items come in damaged packaging from them, do they credit it or give any assistance or partial refunds for messed up envelope items?

My Slag arrived in a Walmart box with no extra padding, just banging around in there. Box was a little dinged but the figure itself is a-ok!

Picked up my Slag delivered to Markville Walmart yesterday. Came in bubble envelope, but box was in great shape.

My Slag was in a box with proper paper padding inside like amazon.
In addition I went to Walmart Baseline in Ottawa and there was SFA but the pallet of boxes to be stocked was there and there was a box of two vintage BW megatron. I thought about buying one but passed since i already got WFC version a few weeks ago therefore there should be 2 on the shelf as we speak.
