Re: 2010 Cybertron.ca Beast Wars for The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation
Seeing some of these in person were great, not to mention these being Stapler and Sureshot's first customs I'm really impressed with the final product. I know I saw Armordillo up close and that pink finish was damn pristine....
Great job crew...we really pulled together well on this one...especially with the odd colour restraints :P
I also like how Ultra Maverick modified Saberback from a Stegosaur into a Kentrosaur
...I swear I still can't look at the Optimus Primal CJ and NOT think he should be in front of a car dealership holding a sign. lol

You all did a wonderful job on these. And it shows how creative one can get when you put colour restraints like that on a project. Again great job guys!

The color schemes are superb. CJ, Optimus Primal has never looked better. I guess real bots wear pink. Congrats on a job well done, guys.

While it was my first custom for charity and my first with an airbrush, it's not my first custom, GMfan (I've done at least a half dozen) .
But I really appreciate the praise nonetheless because I was feeling like mine wouldn't be up to snuff with the rest (I've seen what so many of you are capable of ).

Beautiful job boys.I'm really impressed with the Primal most of all and not to mention that I see some creative liberty here and there (Referring to Otis' work). The auction is going really well.Congrats to a job well done and I hope that there will be a future charity very soon

Re: 2010 Cybertron.ca Beast Wars for The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation
well that was my first first custom. and with a very short time to do it in. think i did it from start to finish in less then 2 weeks cause my wife now ex wife was causeing me nothing but headaches... but im happy with how megs turned out. i was more worried about letting the team down so i had to get it done. wasnt going to let you all down without a fight.
since its my first im prob going to post some pics of megs that i took at some point. just need to remember yet again how to post pics here lol.
but now i have the itch. i REALLY need to get an airbrush and get working on doing more. found too often that as i would put a bit more paint on a line i just did the brush would take all the first bit off.. drove me nuts. so you guys that know what thats all about let me know so i dont do it next time. and i know its prob "let the first line dry then do another" but i didnt have time lol, has to be another option no?
