But who owns HBC?

If you recall, HBC got sold a while back to some American.

EDIT: And huh. Just wikied this... apparently Jerry Zucker, the guy who bought HBC, died of a brian tumor earlier this year. And I can't seem to think of a way to communicate sympathy and condolences about this in a witty manner right now.

Yes he did. And his wife sold off his interests in HBC to an american retailor. Who's name I can't remember.
