wave 2 hasn't even hit retail yet, and probably never. All we got was wave 1

Re: DC Universe Classics Sightings

Wave 5 is a Wal-Mart U.S. exclusive. Wal-Mart Canada is switching their focus from 6'' figures to 3 3/4'' figures for 2009. That means they're giving up on DC Universe Classics and Marvel Legends. They started stocking DC Infinite Heroes and Marvel Universe figures, instead.

Re: DC Universe Classics Sightings

Has anyone else had a problem with paint-apps? I was gonna buy a bunch at Silver Snail for 20% off but most had paint problems, like blobs of paint in the wrong places. I found one good Harley Quinn and bought it.

Re: DC Universe Classics Sightings

Poor paint apps and other issues have been common for DC Universe Classics. Warped limbs, fused joints, wrong/switched parts have also been reported. Quality control is a weak point for this line.

Wouldn't "giving up" imply they carried them in the first place? I've never seen anything beyond wave one at retail. Everything else I've gotten has been online only.

And yeah, the paint apps are spotty, and the QC of this line has been horrible. But I loves me my DC.

Re: DC Universe Classics Sightings

Sorry, wrong tense. They "gave up" on DC Universe Classics after wave 1 last year as I reported back in September: http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showp...0&postcount=13
