Re: How I scored tickets for the advance showing...

I managed to get some advanced screening tickets through 'connections' at X92 and FFWD. I've done a lot of graphic design work for FFWD and actively do design for one of X92's main nightclub advertisers, so I thought I might be able to call in some favors. Luckily it worked out and I didn't end up feeling like an ass... which was a distinct possibility, hehe

Yeah the Fox is hard to get through to.

You could try their out-of-town line. I think it's like 1-877-FOX-ROCK

Cool man. Just make sure to get there early. I think it's starts at 7pm, I'm going to try to get there before 6pm. Apparently they give out more tickets than they have seats available to ensure the theatre is packed, so if you get there late, you may not get in.

At the very least, this is for Vancouver, BC's showing. I cannot say whether or not theatres elsewhere would do the same thing.

It seems everyone is having an advance screening on Thursday in the major urban areas.

I just won a pair of tickets through the Edmonton Journal. Woo!!!
