Heya, Id love to help you out. if you had a day one Order it should've defiantly been shipped out by now. Please send an email with your order number. (Day 1 is Nov 19) as order are shipped via time of order so first in first out

Just realised something. I hadn’t ordered there since october. When did their reward system changed ? It used to be 1 point for every dollar spent, now it’s 5 point for every 10$. So for a 100$ order now you get 50 points instead of 100..

I also preordered the Refraktor 3-pack. I e-mailed them recently and they said they are expecting to receive it in March, provided there are no delays.
