question about the Kamen Rider Double and decade movie wars 2010

I want to express confusion over what I have watched in the movie I have watched. Does this movie even connect to Kamen Rider Decade All riders vs. Daishocker. If so, then how because that causes confusion of where this and and other movie fit into the Kamen rider Decade show. Could someone please help me witht this confusion of how do they exactly connect to each other in a straight timeline.

Also I would like to note that when there was Kamen Rider double that came after Decade, I was surprised because I thought Kamen Rider Decade was going to be the final Kamen Rider series to air.

I don't know exactly, but it may be a sort of offshoot similar what the DBZ movies are compared to the series. Or how The Vision of Escaflowne movie was completely different from the series. It is also possible they may be rebooting the series.
