Animated Elite Guard Prowl
Saw this at Seibertron.com:



And now I wonder, is Elite Guard Prowl going to be a mass-release by Takara? I was under the impression that it was an elusive exclusive...

Does anyone know what's going on with this guy?

I think it's either a Japanese website exclusive, or a convention exclusive. I'm not sure, either way though you'll need a middleman service to get it.
