If you read the article, or the even the headline, they will be sold at the Fan Expo at the end of August...
Might also want to actually read the article so you aren't disappointed when you show up and they have no Blaster or Prowl.

According to the article, they will have Blaster, didn't see Mighty Mugg Prowl mentioned in the list though.

Then you should be disappointed considering how boring of an exclusive that Blaster is...
Now if they made it Device Label Blaster then it would actually be of some interest to more people then this wasted reissue
