Re: Fort Max reissue

I might be PM'ing you on help to bleach the shiet outta this guy. I know it's cheaper to just buy more concentrated medical Hydrogen peroxide and diluting it rather than just buying it over-the-counter at stores.

Re: Fort Max reissue

Indeed, Automaton or Ages 3 and Up are both going to have it and are taking Pre-Orders. Both have ads on the right of the page ->

You are SO WRONG. Fort Max HAS more modern articulation than those TF Prime POS's

eeeeppppp!!! Mine is fully intact, so I have no urge to disassemble mine, but those pics both shock and saddens me.

I knew he had lots of pieces, just not THAT many. Also, to see a Fort Max disassembled also makes me go "OMG, that awesome toy is in pieces waaahhhh".

As long as you're able to put it back together, that's all it matters.

I guess I should have put quotes on the word articulated as well.

But yeah, my statement was meant as a light jab at those who wave the flag of "modern toys are better than the 80s toys".

Re: Fort Max reissue

Many modern toys are better than 80's toys, if you prefer the the newer ones that is. It's all a matter of preference.
In this case of Optimus Maximus and BB Mech, Fort Max has more articulation than both. So not only is an 20+ yr old toy bigger and better, he has articulation beat too.

Re: Fort Max reissue

My main concern/wonder is how the plastic is going to be. As I said last October, FortMax is a massive amount of thick, tough plastic and metal. If they make the reissue plastic thinner or more rubbery, the figure may suffer.

Re: Fort Max reissue

thinner won't happen. that would require completely new molds, which i doubt they would waste the money on. rubbery plastic seems like a bad idea too
