My ToysNowMan package arrived with Perceptor and Blaster! Pretty jazzed with both of them, but more so with Blaster!

Really interesting the actual scale of Blaster compared with the original toy. Always expect him to be towering over everyone, but with the War For Cybertron "Everything in Scale", he's only a head taller than Perceptor

I'll tell u man, it was WAY better using Mandy pre-COVID - JapanPost allowed EMS and even SAL shipping to Canada

As long as u didn't mind your package taking like (a month via SAL, lil over a week via EMS), used to be able to select their cheapest shipping methods right to your Canadian doorstep

Currently all SAL has been eliminated, and EMS only to the US (DHL available for Canada, but f*ck those DHL *ssholes, used em once and never again)

*checks my Mandy order history for the oldest order using SAL*
in April 2019, picked up TAV-25 "Adventure" Runabout for 2500Y (+990Y shipping) = 3490 yen total, $35.66 CAD today

And I never, EVER got charged duties or anything, only when DHL did that one package - GOD I miss the old days

Never heard of Mandy before till you! I can't believe it, there was another set, sold for 215 bucks Canadian dam.
Does dhl ship to canada or is it strictly state side

DHL does ship to Canadian addresses, but it's literally the devil on earth

It's their most expensive shipping option, and DHL always does this thing where you've already paid for shipping at point of purchase (when u select DHL shipping while checking out on Mandarake site)

Then once they've got your package in transit, like when it arrives in NA? DHL will email you THEN, saying "now pls pay another fee or u can't have this"

They did it to me while feeding me lines in the tracking "attempted delivery but failed" 2-3 times; when I called the courier, really they just hadn't moved it at all, DHL holding waiting for me to pay that additional fee (I figured it was gonna be like a COD that I could pay at the door, no such luck, u gotta call them and give ur CC info)
