You know what's more annoying than getting daily emails about preorders from Walmart? Having 1 or more posts about the emails on this forum and having to check the forum each time.

Please just set up an email filter for it and forget about it.

We are all getting them. And we are going to get them tomorrow too. Let's deal with it and not clutter the forums with discussing them.

Cool ! Well this time I managed to fill all my infos and confirm the order before it got sold out again. So what now ? I don’t think I have ever preordered with Walmart before. Is it like Amazon and I’m playing Russian roulette with a 50% chance it gets canceled for nothing or am I safe ?

I wouldn't say it's safe but your chances are better than Amazon. Just don't try to contact customer service for any issues whatsoever, their idea of "helping" is to cancel your order.

2nded, I have personally experienced this

Ordered a pair of Kingdom boners when they were marked down, and WM never shipped them
Called them after a month, customer service "I can see you want a swift resolution to this issue, so we'll refund your money as these items are not in stock"

It's like - if they're not in stock, don't let me successfully complete an order for them?

Not showing to pre-order for me, just to sign up and get stock alerts (which I assume do not also include getting alerts about pre-orders being open again since I signed up for alerts on Scourge, Cosmos, and Override and have received nothing.)


Unless this is one of those weird situations like what happened with the Retro JP headmasters where they were showing out of stock on the website but were in stock if you went through the walmart app?
