Wow, that's a lot of Optimus-es.

For a franchise with 30 years of history and characters. That's pathetic. The marketer in me is shaking my head.

At the moment, I only have:

Technically, you are picking up half of the 23 – Age of Extinction Optimus Prime Evolution 2-Pack (Toys"R"Us exclusive). LOL, unless you have changed your mind.

I may go after Age of Extinction Platinum Edition Breakout Battle if this item is on sale.

I know right? And the repeats? Augh. Too many exclusives as well.

There's a ton of stuff that should have been included because they reference the various aspect of Transformers: any of the Beast Wars guy, Whirl or Roadbuster for the Bandai ancestry, Generations G2 Dreadwing, Sky-byte for the RiD hommage, Armada Starscream... Nothing is available for Energon and Cybertron though... Why not re-release an Animated mold too?

Technically they did release sumthing from the emergon line relabelled into "1984". The grimlock evolution 2 pack that we don't really care about lol

I mean like new versions of characters from those series. A new Vector Prime or Overide would have been cool! Or a repaint of Voyager Predaking in more Scourge-like color (yeah Scourge was also mostly orange but they could add more purple instead?).

I didn't watch Energon so I don't know what kind of memorable character they could have went with.

We got Beast Wars figures, Tankor from Beast Machine, Sky-byte from RiD and Armada Starscream... And I guess Brainstorm could count as a Japanese series hommage.

Voyager predaking is still new, but i do agree with what u said. They should have focused on other series instead of just few or just repaint. Maybe they think its more profitable in rereleasing figures and repaint into g1 figures or keep focusing in g1 characters. Well thats the thrilling 30. Its similar to power rangers legacy line, it focuses on what is started power rangers which is the mighty morphing line and focused mainly in that line just like what tf is kind of doing with their thrilling 30.
