So all I have is MS Paint at my disposal, I thought I'd do a mockup of Universe Countdown into Perceptor. I think it's a pretty good fit, actually, though he may be a bit bulky.
All of the parts I left white would be repainted silver. I'd be modifying the face to give him actual eyes, fiddling with the chest to see if I can get his tray out of it, and either leaving the missile as-is, or seeing about replacing it with a toy microscopes scope. Feedback is much appreciated!
