Anyone get any packages today? (Dec 31)

I have about 4 overdue ones, not sure how the mail works today/tomorrow.

Mail delivery is active today, not tomorrow. New Years Day is the Holiday.

Well mail and package delivery is "technically" only suppose to stop for Christmas, Boxing, and New Years day but I find it's rather non-existent between the entire Christmas-New Years Day stretch.

I know I'm waiting for some stuff myself and realistically I would not be expecting much of anything until a week or so after New Years.

Yeah that's the feeling I've been getting. I have a Priority package (i.e. can track) that should take 6 business days that has gone 10+ and isn't even out of the States yet.

I agree, delivery between Christmas and New Years is almost a dream. I got a few things on the 27th from Purolator, but nothing from Canada Post.

Plus it seems the stuff coming from the US is majorly backlogged. We ordered stuff with guaranteed delivery by December 23rd on Dec 5th...and still nothing. A few people are getting late Christmas gifts.

I received parcels (SWTF Death Star Darth Vader + 2 Megazords) on the 24th and another (Animated Prime) on the 31st... The Animated Prime arrived in Canada on the 27th...

That said, my DX God Reideen has been stuck in Vancouver since Dec. 3. The service in Vancouver is probably the worst in the entire country. Anything that arrives in Mississauga is never sitting there for long (a couple days at the most; in Vancouver, it always takes forever.

EDIT : My DX God Reideen was out for delivery this morning but they never came. Actually, they ended up not delivering at all today because of the snow even though the streets and mailboxes were free of snow. God they're lazy.
