Transformers 3 Studio Contradicts Police In Skull-Slicing Incident

As investigators attempt to determine the cause of the Transformers 3 accident that sent a 24-year-old extra to hospital with brain injuries, Paramount, the studio behind the film, is suddenly contradicting eyewitness and police reports.

well given that extra's have to sign a waiver regarding this sort of thing I highly doubt that the studio is worried about anything other than sending her best wishes.

Either way it's an accident, why does it matter what happened? How do broken welds differ from a snapped cable?

it's just an article.... no one is pointing fingers, having accidents like that usually brings negative publicity, or maybe other workers will demand higher pay, some how it will magically interrupt with the filming (bunch of inspection, fine, legal issue, law suits.....)
