I have Walmart Starscream beside him and it really needs them under the cockpit, the wings, etc.

I feel like sharpening a pencil and giving him a graphite rub down to make those panel lines pop.

What did the G1 originals have for stickers?

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

I thought the missile/pods under the engines kind of threw off the aesthetics a little. I moved them to the side (under the wing tip) and imo looks way better.

What you guys think?

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

I hope Reprolabels comes up with a custom sticker set for each character. I haven't gotten mine yet and am soooo wanting him to get here. My fav character the non-Thrust Attack character. I love the VTOL wings on him as well as his burgandy colour scheme. What a great set.
I saw that they are gonna release a fleet of PP03s. I wonder how far they will take them...

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

Man, glad it all worked out!

Finally iGear impresses! So who's in for ratchet/ironhide?

One disappointing thing though, I saw dirge this weekend and the color doesn't look very good. The mock ups had a great deep blue but the one I saw at botcon had a washed out blue colour. Hopefully it's just a preproduction thing, but we'll see in a few months I guess.

Let me know if you guys want to do any other igear GBs and I'll hook it up.

@Richter I'm in for more group buys from these guys!! What about a GB on the upcoming "Not-Sunstorm" and would be in for the Ironhide and Ratchet aswell.

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

only thing i don't like is the white nose cone and black head cone seeing as they are supposed to be the "same" piece, and the white nosecone looks too plain imo, but other than that, looks ok

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

I got mine today and he looks amazing. Didnt have any problems changing him. Tight joints all round. I tried to plug my Hasbro edition Skywarp arm cannons on him but the pegs are slightly to big to go on his arms... darn.
I am very happy with him. He almost looks too clean. The details are lost because the white is so vibrant.
My arm comm. pics are Shockwave and Megatron. Are all the pics the same?
The only thing negative about it is the nose cone and back airbrake panel doesnt peg like Hasbro editions. Great job IGear.

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

I saw the three coneheads at Botcon and thought they all looked really slick! I didn't have a problem with Dirge's color...it looked alright to me.

I don't like the tabs on Sunstorm's wings being black, though. The colour just looks weird. I wish they'd change them to match the wings because they stick out like sore thumbs.

I checked the arm comm on mine and I have Starscream and Skywarp on mine. I wonder if they are all random? Kind of a neat idea!
